You get to play as Ikuno after you have completed at least one of the main route, which was Silfa for me. Theres more narration by Ikuno then conversations in her route so it might get a bit boring at times. But nevertheless its something new and interesting.
The story starts with Ikuno at the hospital. She is suffering from diabetes if you do not know, but she will be released from hospital soon and a new school life awaits her.
Most of the times it will be like this, Ikuno as first person view. By the way the protagonist and Manaka are in a relationship in this story, which I found out after some time.
A side note: Ikuno commutes to school by train while Manaka goes by bus. 
So Takaaki decides to show his perverted face in this story, comes with full voice too.
A peek at her room.
This is where the first ecchi scene appears. Honestly its one of the worst scenario and CG I’ve seen. NSFW pictures at the bottom. Takaaki gets to stay at the Komaki’s house for a night. He went to the wrong room and ended up in Ikuno’s room, unknowingly of course, and later you-know-what.
Ikuno and Takaaki then goes into a series of dating simulations. Dating simulations you ask me? I will have to go read through again to find out what exactly happened. But I’m lazy.
