Good Day, Mr. Postman…

Is what I wanted to say but I was not able to welcome him because of work. Even my brother who happened to be shitting at that time couldn’t greet the postman.

My first parcel right after getting my card. Internet is evil. I was shocked to see the amount of orders i had after a few days.

Moving… but not the animebloggers kind of moving.

I’ll be moving over to The Blue Fox Alley as a guest writer. Usually getting a personal domain is part of the journey of an animeblogger, but not for me, sadly. I’m not able to churn out post reguIarly so I will be deserting this blog for a while, until I return in a super saiyan mode (I still love my blog afterall).

Now that I have the monies (job), I have no time for my hobbies. I wonder how working otakus manage their lifestyle. For me, I have an average of 4 hours of leisure time per weekday. 1 hour for anime, 2 hours for game and another hour for reading DC.com and other blogs, just ZOMG at the number of member news. I’ll be studying for my part time degree soon, which will make things even worse. I miss my NEET days.

I have not had any new figures for close to 2 months, that’s a record. I will be heading down to La Tendo tomorrow at my lunch hour to grab a Figma Kagami, hopefully there are stocks available.

However, anime still kept the OB (Otaku Blood) flowing. Strike Witches has influenced me not to wear any shorts/pants at home.

I hope I can continue to do more figure reviews and probably some anime reviews. Till next time when I have more rumblings or damages to show. Ciao.

My second 1/100 scale Gundam. Finally found a job (which probably means less random blogging from now on), and decided to treat myself with a kit. Its also a little training before I get my MG Infinite Justice.

I spoiled my own fun

I used to enjoy watching Hidamari Sketch, and I became a hardcore fan from it. I went to Japan, bought doujins, plushie and the manga. Being teh fanboy, I finished reading the original 4-koma manga, around the time when the second season of Hidamari Sketch just started.

Ok, so now I know everything, every scene, and watching the anime now is like going through the motion and testing my memory, anticipating what will happen in each scene. The only thing I enjoy now is the OP song. That’s it. From now on it’s either the anime or the manga!

Negima, great manga, bad anime. Hayate the Combat Butler, nice manga, soso anime. Bleach, soso manga, ZOMGWTF anime. The Jump series anime are a failure. I quit reading One Piece, Naruto and Bleach because of the anime, forgot the reason. I always believed that the manga version of any title are better than the anime, and I still do. Right now I cant name any anime that are better than the manga counterpart.

Alright I know some of you may argue that each has their good and bad points. If the episode has more talking than action, I rather read them myself. Did I mention that Macross Frontier is an awesome anime? Musical, mecha, brilliant action and Love, awesome combination.

Eroge->anime are fine. The ending always end up the way I don’t want it to be anyway, so its something new. Manga->anime, fillers, nuff said.

And back to the topic, do you still enjoy watching the anime when you have already known all the contents? Plus which title you think that the anime>manga?
